Software Support Specialist – Growing Software Company – Miami, FL
 
Emphasys Software is seeking a Software Support Specialist in Miami, FL to provide world-class technical product support and customer service.  We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual to serve as the first line of technical product support to our customers.
 
PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Reporting to the Operations Manager of the loan servicing division, the Software Support Specialist will have the following primary responsibilities:
 
Provide world-class software support to current customers by handling all incoming customer phone calls and emails and troubleshooting customer issues.
 
Learn from customer interactions to identify patterns and develop solutions to improve customers’ experience with products.
 
Facilitate client training and provide user guidance on software products and capabilities.
 
Test software updates, and create manuals and documentation as needed.
 
Communicate with the development team to facilitate issue resolution and product improvements.
 
REQUIREMENTS
 
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
 
1-2 years of client-facing, software support and/or training experience.
 
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
 
Familiarity with Zendesk, or other customer service software, is preferred.
 
Excellent oral and written communication and people skills.
 
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, attention to detail.
