SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER 
Emphasys Software is seeking a full-time Sales Account Manager to join its fast-paced sales team in Miami, FL. We are looking for a motivated, confident individual to sell to real estate businesses around the country.

PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sales Account Manager will report to the Head of Sales of the division, and have the following primary responsibilities:

  • Call leads and prospective customers and discuss benefits and features of Emphasys Software.
  • Follow up and qualify leads; seek purchasing decision makers to develop working relationships and assess the business & technology needs of potential customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations via webinar.
  • Manage the sales cycle through to close. Develop relationship of trust with your client base.
  • Achieve or exceed predetermined monthly quotas.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to listen to prospective buyers, analyze their requirements in order to determine how to best assist them with our technologies.
  • Excellent phone communication and people skills, and a willingness to be on the phone consistently. All sales are handled remotely, via phone interactions.
  • Ability to navigate a deal-- overcome objections by finding real solutions for customers, ability to ask difficult questions, see through to close.
  • Self-motivated, competitive individual with an interest in working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an aggressive professional approach.
  • Ability to learn fast and apply recently gained knowledge within an ever-changing environment; excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong aptitude and confidence for understanding complex business applications. Appreciation for business software. Understanding of residential real estate and/or accounting a plus.
